It is no wonder that Meditation, and various forms of breathing exercises have been around for centuries in virtually every culture.  Longevity and a balanced mind and body have been widely linked to the regular practice of different forms of Meditation.  In essence, Meditation is a way to train the mind to focus and release outside “noise”, to alleviate and release physical tension and discomfort, and to bring about an increased sense of self-awareness.

Many people have difficulty meditating, or sometimes feel that they don’t have time to meditate.  Others say it’s too hard to sit still, or that they can’t stop thinking about things even when they are able to sit still.  This is why we call meditation a practice.  It takes a little time, effort, and patience to develop even a short daily meditation routine.  In the long-run, the effects and benefits you experience far outnumber the obstacles.

We offer Meditation Instruction and Guided Meditation Sessions to not only help you understand the basics of meditation, but more importantly proper breathing technique and postural awareness.  Breathing is the key to life, but not everyone breathes properly.  Through refined technique, you can decrease your stress levels significantly, and can regularly be used anytime and anywhere as a form of stress management.
