Kerry Ito
Kerry Ito specializes in working with career, divorce and parenting issues. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University. Has nearly 20 years in human resources working as a corporate consultant for companies such as Bankers’ Life and Casualty, the Chicago Tribune and Harris Bank, along with 10 years at Jobs for Youth, working with young adults overcome barriers to employment.
Kerry helps clients eliminate the stress and burnout that they feel from the day to day challenges of workplace and family life. She teaches them the skills and techniques to help manage their work and family life and discover the principles to become increasingly successful. During those times that we feel overwhelmed by the demands of our personal and professional life, we must identify what’s really important.
